Mark Clements (Frankie) is a 27 year-old native of Irving, TX. He graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Music degree. In May of 2001 he will complete his Master of Music from Southwestern Seminary in Fort Worth, TX. He is currently serving at the First Baptist Church in Weatherford as Minister of Music and senior Adults.

Mark has participated in the Sound of Music, Little Red Riding Hood, and Amahl and the Night Visitors. He has coordinated and directed several children, youth and adult musicals. He is currently working on the 2000 Weatherford Living Christmas Tree.

Terry L:. Brooks (Smudge) By day he directs music ministry at the First Baptist Church of Clinton, but at night he's a frustrated Quartet singer. He says this production has been fun because it revisits the music of his growing up years.

Terry has appeared at Southwest Playhouse in Smoke on the Mountain, 1940's Radio Hour, Sound of Music, Amahl and the Night Visitors, Annie, Hello Dolly, Music Man, and My Fair Lady.

Mark Lantz (Jinx) This play is Mark's first to direct. He states it has been a challenge, but the talent that he is working with made it a great directing debut. Mark's most recent plays have been Will Rogers Follies as a singing cowboy, Lil Abner as Marryin Sam, and The Wizard of OZ as the Cowardly Lion. Mark says all these plays were great but his mos memorable play was Godspell where he met his wife Laura 14 years ago. Other productions that he has been in are Mame,Two by Two, Bus Stop, Harvey, Foxfire, The Music Man, and Annie. He also was the music director for Anything Goes. The challenge of recreating the music of the Plaids has been wonderful, and a whole lot of fun!

Rolan Decker (Sparky), somewhat like his character, had a previous life - as chemistry professor at SWOSU for 31 years. During that time, he pursued his avocations of music and theatre as time allowed. Now retired, he has come back in his afterlife to fill much of his time with those activities. He directs the choir at First Presbyterian Church in Clinton, Sings in SWOSU's men's chorus and plays 'cello in SWOSU's orchestra. Patrons at Southwest Playhouse have honored him with SOPHI awards for his roles as Max Detweiler in The Sound of Music and Samuel Jonas in the Second Time Around. He also appeared in numerous other roles during his 25 years with the Playhouse. In addition, he has directed Driving Miss Daisy, Amahl and the Night Visitors, The Importance of Being Earnest and The Will Rogers Follies and served as music director for a number of musical productions, including Brigadoon, Kiss Me Kate, Nunsense, Nunsense II, Cinderella, and The Wizard of OZ. He wishes to thank his long suffering wife, Prescilla (now retired from the Clinton Public Schools thank goodness!), for putting up with his many evenings away from home. Concerning this show, he says, "I wish those of you in the audience could have attended some of our rehersals to see how much fun we had and how crazy those other three guys are!"
