Forever Plaid

Cemetery Club is one of those plays that directors hope they get to direct in their careers. It has all the spans of emotion that takes the audience on a roller coaster ride, from highs and lows, comedy to drama, laughs and crys.

The cast of this play didn't just try out for parts, they wanted to perform this look at Life After Death. All wanted to tell this story.

Lindy, Karen and Nellrita all have extremely difficult roles to play and they do it so well. Susan kept us laughing everynight and Jim really liked the attention of all these women. I really am proud of this cast, and appreciate their hard work.

I know you will laugh and cry during this performance, but maybe it will cause you to consider some of the questions we are sometimes hesitant to ask our spouses and ourselves about our mortality and our life after a loss of a loved one. I know I have.

Also thanks to Sam and Ray, and a big thanks to Dwaine, who I hope to see direct a play next year. Dwaine, you would be great at it.

And as always, thank you, our patrons for coming out and supporting out productions. We love doing it for you. You make our dreams come true.
